From one extreme to another, Dean and Dan Caten move from blood spattered bondage to East Hampton’s prep for their Spring 2011 presentation for Dsqaured².

The preppy wardrobe that was Dsqaured²’s Spring collection had all of the staples of any man’s wardrobe. These pieces included knit sweaters, silk button-downs, t-shirts, shorts, and the classic American staple – denim. These pieces made up a very colorful collection with shades of hot pink, bright blue, and lemon yellow. But of course, with any men’s collection, there has to be some restraint, which means there has to be some more muted colors like khaki, navy blue, and black. The collection also featured another American novelty – plaid – in shirts and shorts. You of course will not be spending your summer entirely clothed, so the collection also featured swimwear for when you want to take a break from it all.

Upon looking through the show, it may have seemed restrained for the Dsquared² boys, but it definitely included all of the crazy sex appeal that one looks for when shopping a Dsquared² collection.
